If the answer to the question above is "Yes" - be aware that mainstream support for this product will end at October 9th, 2012 (see on the official support lifecycle page) but extended support will be provided until October 10th, 2017. This means that no new hotfixes will be created for WSS 3.0 or MOSS 2007 after October 9th, 2012 with the exception of security fixes. What's New with Information Rights Management in SharePoint and SharePoint Online?

The new Office is the version that brings document protection using Information Rights Management (IRM) services to the cloud for the first time. Office 365 users can get a service plan that includes IRM capabilities powered by a new document protection service also known as Windows Azure AD Rights Management (AADRM) , that is part of Office 365 Enterprise Plan 3 and Plan 4, and Academic Plan 3 and Plan 4.
